The customer service I received is above and beyond excellent. During both claims, my agent, Crystal Salada, kept in constant communication and walked me through the entire process. Beyond that, she personally called to make sure that my child and I were safe and asked if we needed anything. In addition, Crystal routinely reviews my policies to see where I could save money and still get outstanding coverage.
